Royalty Model
Our royalty is clear. We offer 40% of proceeds for the first $10,000 of royalty and 50% thereafter. This is on net sales (our proceeds from your book) but doesn’t include marketing or production (we pay all that from our share). You pay nothing to publish with us. We contract books for five years at which point the author can terminate if they want, but we hope you’ll be so happy that you won’t. There is a clause for you to exercise any unused rights. We publish both in print and in ebook. We don’t require a ROFR, except with a series, but we do hope to publish multiple books from our authors. We find that three books is usually the point where publishing becomes more lucrative for authors, and we love happy authors!
